Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returnable unless faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will offer:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is returned and inspected.

Shipping costs may be non-refundable.
